Our Philosophy
At Sah Doh Kuk Sul, we believe that being a student goes beyond just learning techniques and physical skills. Our students are taught to always strive for self-improvement, both mentally and physically. We encourage them to set goals and we give 110% to achieve them, while also learning the importance of patience and perseverance. Through martial arts, our students develop discipline and self-control. We also emphasize the importance of respect, not only for our instructors, but for our students, parents, and peers. This includes respecting one's body, mind, and spirit. We believe that through martial arts, our students can learn to push past their limits and discover their true potential.
